Retirement Coordinator Certification Evaluation


Description
The purpose of retirement coordinators becoming certified is to ensure all members are receiving the same help and assistance regardless of where they work. The evaluation is structured as a learning tool to become familiar with resources available to you.

Please use the Employer Guide for Retirement Coordinators found on the MSRA website under the Employer tab.

Retirement Coordinators must complete all subtests to become certified.

All retirement coordinators and MSRA retirement specialists are required to complete the retirement coordinator certification evaluation within 3 months of being designated and be re-certified every three years.

Completion rules
  • You must complete the units "RC Basic Subtest, RC Service Credit Subtest, RC Enrollment Subtest, RC Disability Subtest, RC Service Retirement Subtest"
  • Leads to a certificate with a duration: 3 years
