How do I...
Register for a Course?
Under your 'Home' page, select 'Course Catalog' on the right. All courses that are currently available to you will be displayed. Find the course you are looking for, and then click the 'Get this course' button. Once the registration is complete the button will now display 'You have this course'.
Register for a Webinar or Meeting date?
Click on the "Course Name" on your homepage. On the course page, click on the "calendar" to select a course date. Click "Register"
Cancel a registration for a class?
At the top of the page, go to 'Learner' and select 'My Courses'. Find the course you wish to cancel and under the 'Operations' column click the '-' to cancel your enrollment.
Change my password?
At the top of the page, go to 'Learner' and select 'My Info'. Your user information will display. The password is the only field that can be updated. After you update, click the 'Update user' button at the bottom of the page.
Change my login (email)?
Send a 'message' to the 'System Administrators'. 'Messages' is next to 'Learner' at the top of the page.
See when my Certification Expires?
At the top of the page, go to 'Learner' and select 'My Certifications'. Your certification information will display.
Suggest a class to be offered?
Send an email to email@example.com or a message to System Administrators.
Get general RC information (RC Manual, forms etc)?
Most resources are provided in each course. The RC Guide can be downloaded from the State Retirement Agency website sra.maryland.gov
All other inquiries send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or a message to System Administrators.
